Sealine C330 First Experience

If you haven’t had the chance to hop on board a Sealine we have someone that is #relatable… Marnie discusses her first experience to give you a better idea…

Immediately stepping on at the dock I felt like I was on something far larger than 33ft. The wide beam and open interior layout makes the boat really feel very large. My favourite part of the design are the large 360 degree windows, it’s unbelievable how much this can change the mood and ambiance of a boat, it just feels so bright and inviting. I was also extremely impressed with the very spacious master cabin and surprised by how large they were able to make the double in the guest cabin.

Walking around the bow I felt safe with the high railings and love the multiple sunbathing options. You can set up the sunbed to lie flat, have a upright seat or do the titanic in the above anchor seat. However, there is no lack in sunrays in the aft area with the retractable sun awning above the lounge, so you can pick sunshine or shade depending on the weather. Even in the helm position you can open the overhead sky window.

The best part of the design is how cool Sealine really looks, she just breathes sport lux vibes. When it comes to performance I was super impressed, it may have been the experienced captain, Dan Jones but she appeared very easy to manoeuvre in and out of the berth. Taking off the Sealine really flies, lifting the bow out of the water you really feel like your gliding over the ocean. As we zipped around corners I felt safe and comfortable.

Picking up a mooring was easy, with the low aft platform I was able to very simply pick up the rope and tie us up. We soaked up some sun in the stunning… before cruising to Balmoral Boat House. Docking along the wharf was very easy and even in a rough southerly we felt
secure leaving the boat while we ate.

As a cruiser myself I appreciate the value for money when it comes to purchasing a very functional yacht that you can spend a few nights on board. I truly believe if you are looking for an affordable 33ft luxury motor yacht for a family of four you are getting the best value on a Sealine… Not only will you sleep soundly each night in your large beds but with so much room for activities and relaxing, it’s the ideal holiday apartment on water (with the ability to move locations to exclusive bays each time you head out).
