In 2015 Michael Schmidt decided to found a new shipyard after an already intense career in the yachting industry.

YYachts German shipyard, Michael Schmidt Yachtbau is located on the Baltic Sea and was built for creating sustainable luxury at sea and carbon fibre yachts.
Using modern and advanced systems, the yard is able to achieve fast and efficient production of YYachts up to 35 metres.
